We want you to be happy with your purchase from Dubai Kicks. If you’re not satisfied, you can request a return within 7 days of getting your order.
1. When You Can Return
You can return an item if:

It’s unused, unworn, and still in its original box or packaging

You ask for the return within 7 days of receiving it

You have proof of purchase (like your order number or receipt)
2. What You Can’t Return
We can’t accept returns for:

Items that are used, damaged, or missing packaging

Sale or clearance items (unless they arrive damaged or defective)
3. Refund Process
Once we get your return and inspect it, we’ll let you know if it’s approved. If approved, we’ll send your refund within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.
4. Exchanges
You can exchange items if you ordered the wrong size, depending on stock availability. You’ll pay the return shipping unless the item was defective or we sent the wrong one.
